Hello and welcome to the Seth Neely State Farm Agency in Lake Wylie, South Carolina! We are professionally licensed in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina. Our Lake Wylie office focuses on relocations to York county, Gaston County and Mecklenburg County. Locally, we serve the cities of Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Belmont, Gastonia and Charlotte. We are conveniently located right across from the River Hills community, next to Flex gymnastics and Rey Azteca.

We offer notary public services and have an experienced team. When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a cozy reception area.

Some fun facts about me, I played Division 1 baseball in college. I have a beautiful wife named Brittany and 3 kids. A daughter, Emilia, and two sons, Noah and Ezra. We have 2 rescues; an Australian Shepherd mix named Ava and a Wolf hybrid named Daisy.

I support the Wounded Warrior Project, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the Coastal Conservation Association, the National Wild Turkey Foundation, the Quality Deer Management Association, the Boys & Girls Club of York County, the Bethel Presbyterian Youth program, the Clover Area Assistance Center, the Lake Wylie Gators swim team and Clover High School events and athletics. I am a strong supporter of local police and fire responders. I was born and raised in York County and have been in State Farm Insurance since 2016 and a small business owner as a State Farm Insurance Agent since 2019.

I also serve as a deacon at Bethel Presbyterian, a member of the River Hills/Lake Wylie Lions Club and a member of the Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce.

Our office has consistently been recognized by State Farm as a leader in the industry and we have received awards such as Honor Club and Ambassador Club.
