Hello and welcome to the Seth Neely State Farm Agency in Lake Wylie, South Carolina! We serve the entire states of South Carolina and North Carolina. Our Lake Wylie office focuses on relocations to York, Gaston and Mecklenburg counties. Locally, we serve the towns of Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Belmont, Gastonia and Charlotte. We offer Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Life and Health insurance, Personal Price Plans and so much more!

We are conveniently located right across from the River Hills community next to Flex gymnastics and Rey Azteca.

We offer notary public services and have an experienced team. When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a cozy reception area.

Some fun facts about me, I played Division 1 baseball in college. I was not drafted or signed to an undrafted free agent contract so I started working in insurance! I have a beautiful wife named Brittany and 2 kids. A daughter, Emilia, and a son, Noah. We have 2 rescues, an Aussie mix named Ava and a German Shepherd mix named Daisy.

I support the Wounded Warrior Project, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the Coastal Conservation Association, the National Wild Turkey Foundation, the Quality Deer Management Association, the Boys & Girls Club of York County, the Bethel PCA Youth program, the Clover Area Assistance Center, the Lake Wylie Gators swim team and Clover High School events and athletics. I am a strong supporter of local police and fire responders. I was born and raised in York County and have been in State Farm Insurance since 2015 and a small business owner as a State Farm Insurance Agent since 2019.

I also serve as a deacon at Bethel PCA, a member of the River Hills/Lake Wylie Lions Club and a member of the Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce.

Our office has consistently been recognized by State Farm as a leader in the industry and we have received awards such as Honor Club and Ambassador Club. Originally I am from Lawrence, Massachusetts but now I reside in Summerville, South Carolina. I have 5 years experience in the Insurance industry and have worked here with Seth for over 2 years. I am also a graduate of Marshall University. In my free time I love going to the beach and getting to go on our boat with the family for the day. I love my family and our chocolate lab named Lucia.
